If you are a first time guest at Scotch Plains Baptist Church, we welcome you. We invite you to take a Guest Packet from our ushers and fill out the information card you will find in it.
Dropping it in the offering plate will allow us to get to know you better and acknowledge your visit by letter.
Due to the holiness of worship, we thank you in advance for turning off pagers and phones for the time you are in the sanctuary.
We trust you have been challenged in your spirit walk and specially your understanding of God's great love. May the blessings you received by worshipping here today be multiplied as you fellowship and minister beyond these walls.
ABOUT OUR WORSHIP SERVICE
Our worship service starts at 11:00 AM. It's a traditional style and includes congregational singing, choir music, Biblical teaching and fellowship.
Our service typically lasts for about 60 minutes, and can be a little longer on Communion Sundays.
Order of worship includes time for Gathering, Worship and Praise, Giving and Offerings, Devotion, Growing in God's Word, Communion, and Ministry.
NURSERY
The nursery is available during the Sunday morning worship for infants to four-year-olds.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
During the worship service, children from 4 years old to the 6th grade can be dropped off for Sunday School.
